Responsible for daily SAP system operations, data maintenance, inventory transactions, and reporting for the central kitchen. Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchasing, goods receiving, goods issuing, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments in SAP. Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Finance teams to maintain accurate system records and support smooth central kitchen operations
Job Description:
- Perform daily goods receiving and inspect incoming goods at the loading bay to ensure quantities, quality, and delivery documents are accurate and in good condition.
- Perform daily SAP transactions, including goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain accurate SAP inventory records and material data.
- Monitor stock levels and reconcile system records against physical inventory.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams on material availability and stock movements.
- Assist with stocktaking, inventory discrepancy investigations, and expiry date monitoring.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Identify and follow up on SAP system errors and data discrepancies.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum N-Level qualifications or equivalent
- No prior experience necessary; however, a relevant background in SAP is an advantage. (Training will be provided)
- Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
Working Days: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday: 7am to 4.30pm)
