Location: Changi Airport, Singapore
Compensation & Work Schedule
- Gross Salary: Up to $4,000++/month (includes OT & bonus)
- Basic Salary: $2,000/month
- Attendance Bonus: $700 – $900/month (subject to eligibility)
- Overtime: 1.5x base hourly rate
- Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night, weekends, and Public Holidays)
- Commitment: 4–6 days/week (full-time only)
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and secure passenger luggage, cargo, and mail in aircraft holds.
- Move baggage trolleys, dollies, cargo containers, and airside ground equipment safely.
- Position safety cones during aircraft arrivals/departures and report irregularities.
Requirements
- Eligibility: Singapore Citizens, PRs, or LTVP/LTVP+ (with LOC/PLOC) only (18+ years old).
- Restrictions: Strictly not open to students, part-timers, or pre-NS enlistees.
- Fitness: Physically fit for heavy manual lifting, bending, and outdoor tarmac weather.
- Other: Normal colour vision, basic English, and clear background to pass Changi Airside Pass screening.
- No experience required; full training provided.
Benefits & Attire
- Leave/Coverage: 10 days AL, 14 days MC, 60 days HL, CPF contributions, and WICA coverage.
- Provided: Company uniform top, high-vis vest, ear protection, gloves, and rain gear.
- Self-Provided: Plain dark work/cargo pants and black steel-toe/composite safety boots (no jeans or shorts).
