Full-Time Live Streaming & Social Media Executive
Ferragold Group is an integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and healthcare business offering Chinese proprietary medicines, medicated oils, health supplements, pain relief patches, ointments and other healthcare products.
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Live Streaming & Social Media Executive to grow our online presence, engage customers and drive e-commerce sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily content and account operations on TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED) and WeChat Channels.
* Plan, film and edit short videos, product demonstrations and promotional content.
* Plan and conduct live-streaming sessions, present products and analyse performance.
* Support e-commerce operations on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
* Monitor views, engagement, click-through rates and sales conversion, and improve content performance.
* Work with the team on campaigns and online sales initiatives.
Requirements
* Experience in social media management, short-form video production or live streaming is preferred.
* Familiar with TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other social media platforms.
* Able to film, edit videos and write engaging content.
* Creative, proactive, organised and results-oriented.
* Interested in e-commerce growth and performance analytics.
* Experience in healthcare, supplements, beauty or consumer products is an advantage.
* Chinese proficiency is required; English communication skills are an advantage.
