🍽️ Buffet Service Crew (Lunch & Dinner shifts available) @ Balestier 🍽️
Looking for friendly and reliable crew members to join our F&B team at a modern hotel concept in Balestier!
📍 Location: Balestier (accessible from Novena / Toa Payoh)
💰 Pay: $14/hr
🗓️ Commitment: Flexible shifts
⏰ Available Shifts:
- Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Lunch)
- Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Dinner)
- Full Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (includes a 30-min unpaid break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, attentive hospitality during buffet lunch and dinner services
- Manage buffet line maintenance, food replenishment, and tray clearance
- Clear, wipe down, and reset dining tables promptly
- Restock service counters, cutlery, plates, and beverage stations
- Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards across the dining area
Requirements:
- Prior F&B, banquet experience is a plus (training provided)
- Committed, punctual, and good teamwork
- Good communication skills; ability to converse in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking diners
- Comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced environment
👔 Attire:
- Top: Uniform provided
- Bottom: Own formal black pants
- Footwear: Own plain formal black shoes or flats with black socks
