The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work in R&D organisation
- Seeking for Research Operation Officer
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
- Nearest MRT: One North
- 12 month contract (renewable/convertible)
- Completion Bonus!
The Talent
- Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Experience in R&D operations (physics, quantum, laser, optics and microfab labs)
- Experience in Microsoft Office, ERP, procurement, or project management systems
The Job
- Support and coordinate procurement activities for research project, purchase requests, tracking order and liaising with vendors
- Maintain and develop operational processes, documentation and operating procedures in line with ISO 9001
- Handle onboarding and administrative support for new joiner, students, interns and visiting collaborators
- Support meetings, workshops, technical reviews and training session
