Job Responsibilities
Oversee the financial aspects of Jackpot operations, including reconciliation, reporting and controls over cash collections, refunds, discounts and other revenue transactions. Partner with departments to improve revenue, manage costs and minimise financial risks.
Provide timely financial reports, analysis and business insights to Management, highlighting key risks, opportunities and trends. Advise Heads of Departments on financial matters to support decision-making, and assist the Director of Finance with reports and presentations for Management Committees.
Lead, supervise and develop the Finance team, allocating work and ensuring the timely completion of accounting and reporting activities. Review work for accuracy and compliance, coach and mentor team members, and promote a collaborative, accountable and high-performance culture.
Drive improvements in Finance processes, controls and efficiency, including automation and digitalisation initiatives. Maintain financial data and system integrity, and collaborate with departments and system providers to resolve issues and enhance reporting.
Support the Director of Finance on financial projects, reviews and initiatives, and undertake other operational duties assigned by the HOD or Management.
Requirements
- Degree in finance and accounting or related fields
- ACCA or CPA Singapore equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Finance Manager
- Meticulous and analytical with data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
