Contract Duration: 3 months, extendable based on business needs and performance
Hourly Rate: S$10–S$12
Working Arrangements
- Work 2–3 days per week.
- Working days are open for discussion and subject to final approval by organization.
- Working hours: 8.30am–12.30pm or 1.00pm–6.00pm.
- Alternative working hours may be considered upon request, subject to operational needs and approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Download reports of approved and rejected applications.
- Filter applicant records and verify serial numbers for accuracy.
- Generate and download application outcome letters.
- Extract zipped files and prepare documents for processing.
- Apply sensitivity labels, format documents and merge files.
- Print letters and upload files to SharePoint.
- Sort printed letters and relevant inserts.
- Fold letters and insert them into envelopes for mailing.
Requirements
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word and basic file-management functions.
- Meticulous and accurate when handling records and documents.
- Able to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks consistently.
- Organised and able to meet processing deadlines.
- Able to handle personal information and confidential documents responsibly.
- Available to work on-site 2–3 days per week.
