PART-TIME CREW
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for responsible and hardworking Part-Time Crew members to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate may be assigned to either Kitchen Crew duties based on operational requirements.
KITCHEN CREW – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing and cooking ramen, broth, sauces and toppings according to company standards.
- Prepare ingredients according to standard recipes and operating procedures.
- Portion, assemble and package menu items.
- Assist with cooking and plating of menu dishes according to the kitchen manual.
- Operate food preparation equipment where applicable.
- Clean and maintain food preparation areas, kitchen stations, equipment and cookware.
- Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures.
- Follow food waste management SOPs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Restaurant or Japanese restaurant experience will be an advantage.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to commit to the stated working hours.
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or
- 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working hours and duties may vary depending on operational requirements.
