The Opportunity:
- Our client is a multinational shipping and logistics company.
- Location: Changi
- Salary: Up to $3000
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensure timely billing, and distribute invoices to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, investigate billing discrepancies, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve rate and charge disputes.
- Generate monthly customer billing reports, maintain documentation, and perform general administrative duties to support billing operations.
- Provide guidance to junior staff, assist the Manager in overseeing daily export billing activities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
- Prior experience in billing, logistics, or administrative functions would be an advantage.
