Reponsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance to shoppers and tenants, ensuring excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales
- Offer directional support to shoppers and tourists
- Handle complaints and suggestions
- Manage and update the database daily
- Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Other Informations:
- Monday to Sunday (5-day work week, rotating shift)
- Working Hours: 11:15 AM to 9:00 PM (1 hour break)
- Rest Days: 2 days off per week!
- Work Schedule: Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
