Fort Group is a Singapore asset and investment management firm focused on tech-enabled serviced apartments and co-living under the StayWithFort brand. We are seeking a senior leader to take full ownership of day-to-day operations across our portfolio so the business can scale with professional management.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead all daily operations of the serviced apartments, ensuring a consistently high guest experience and strong online ratings.
• Lead, coach and supervise a team of 20-25 across front office, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Drive occupancy and revenue: pricing, channel management (property agents, Airbnb and OTAs via Cloudbeds) and screening of tenants through interviews and background checks.
• Oversee rent collection, payables and the review of monthly operating statements.
• Prepare the annual budget and report financial performance to the Director on a regular basis.
• Manage maintenance to a high standard, including external contractors and preventive programmes.
• Review contracts, agreements and insurance ahead of expiry; recommend renewals or run quotations and tenders.
• Ensure timely resolution of guest feedback and complaints, and maintain proper records and correspondence.

Requirements 
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Estate Management, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 or more years in a hotel or serviced apartment management role.
• Proven people leadership and P&L or budget responsibility.
• Customer-centric, able to multitask, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with property-management and guest-tech systems; experience with Cloudbeds is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of technology and computing software is a plus.
