📌 What You Will Be Doing:
- Training Officers:
- Facilitate fun and engaging daily living skills, community participation, and independence training programs.
- Assist with client progress tracking, attendance, and basic behavioral observation charts (ABC charts).
- Build strong, encouraging relationships with clients to promote positive pro-social behavior.
- Nursing Aides:
- Provide physical care, hygiene support, and daily living assistance in a safe, structured setting.
- Ensure the safety and physical well-being of clients throughout daily routines.
🎯 What We Are Looking For:
- Prior experience working in a Residence Home or Day Activity Centre (DAC) for Intellectual Disability
- Empathetic, patient, responsible, and a great team player.
- Relevant healthcare / disability care certificates (e.g., WSQ Healthcare Support) are a big plus!
