Job Descriptions:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and be a brand ambassador on the shop floor
- Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic retail team to achieve store goals
- Drive sales performance through product knowledge and commercial awareness
- Analyse sales trends and take action to maximise opportunities
- Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Oversee stock management, replenishment, and smooth store operations
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members
- Create a positive, high-energy team culture focused on results
- Maintain brand image, grooming standards, and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety, and cash handling
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in retail industry, preferably in fashion
- Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail sales and management
- Strong flair in customer service and results driven
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
