Job Title: Personal Assistant (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!)
Location: Alexandra Road
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $12/hr
Work Days: 2 days a week (No need to work on PH)
Working Hours: 11am to 5pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support day-to-day personal and professional responsibilities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can anticipate needs, manage tasks efficiently, and ensure operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendar events.
- Do policy summaries and funds updates alongside backend paperwork on behalf of principal.
- Handle email and phone correspondence on behalf of the principal.
- Fill up data entries to track tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
- Assist with personal and business projects as needed.
- Follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- At least local Diploma
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Confident, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Good listening skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office tools.
- Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Discreet, reliable, and professional demeanor.
