Position Summary
The Operations Runner plays a key role in supporting retail operations across Watsons stores and warehouse activities. This position is responsible for ensuring store displays are well-maintained, promotional materials are accurately executed, stock movements are completed efficiently, and operational support tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate is organized, physically active, detail-oriented, and comfortable traveling between multiple retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Store Operations
Conduct regular visits to Watsons stores to ensure shelves, displays, and point-of-sale materials (POSM) are neat, organized, and properly maintained.
Verify product pricing, promotional tags, and in-store promotional materials are correctly displayed and aligned with current campaigns.
Report any discrepancies relating to pricing, promotions, stock availability, or display execution.
Take store photographs and submit store visit reports as required.
Assist in the setup, replacement, and removal of promotional materials and displays.
Inventory & Logistics Support
Coordinate and execute stock transfers between retail stores.
Assist with stock deliveries and transfers between warehouse and retail outlets.
Ensure transferred inventory is accurately accounted for and documented.
Support inventory replenishment activities to minimize out-of-stock situations.
Assist in loading, unloading, packing, and transportation of products when required.
Operational Support
Assist with product repackaging, relabelling, and preparation of promotional packs.
Support warehouse operations including sorting, packing, and inventory organization.
Assist in event setups, roadshows, retail activations, and promotional campaigns when required.
Perform ad-hoc operational duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, ITE, or equivalent qualification.
