Old Tea Hut is looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple outlets, support our outlet teams and maintain consistent standards in daily operations, customer service and product quality.

Multiple outlets | S$3,800 onwards per month | 14 days annual leave
Job Responsibilities and Expectations :
· Oversee daily operations & conduct regular outlet visits to ensure smooth operation with Happy staff and customers
· Lead and support employees
· Coordinate manpower
· Support sales performance: Communicate sales targets, implement promotions and coach teams on product recommendations.
· Maintain food safety and workplace safety: Ensure teams follow hygiene, food-handling and safe working procedures.
