The Opportunity:
- Our Client, MNC shipping & Logistics company
- Location: Changi
- Salary: Up to $4000
- Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturday
- Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage air export shipment enquiries and coordinate end-to-end shipment arrangements, ensuring timely support for customers, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate export documentation, permit applications, shipping instructions, and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with airlines, transport vendors, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cargo collection, flight bookings, and shipment execution.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in air freight operations or freight forwarding environment.
