Procurement / Sourcing Executive (Semiconductor)We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Procurement / Sourcing Executive to manage and optimize our semiconductor supply chain. This role is open to both experienced professionals and motivated Junior Executives looking to build a career in high-tech procurement. You will develop sourcing strategies for semiconductor equipment, components, and spare parts while driving cost-saving initiatives and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Operating within SAP ERP, you will collaborate across engineering, quality, and logistics teams to ensure supply continuity and production alignment.Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Cost Management: Develop local and global sourcing strategies for semiconductor components, negotiate contracts, and manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Supplier Relations: Evaluate vendor performance, mitigate supply chain risks, and qualify alternate or second sources.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, QA, Logistics, and Finance to align procurement with production timelines and quality standards.
- Process Optimization: Utilize SAP ERP systems to manage purchase orders, track workflow metrics, and drive continuous improvement in the Procure-to-Pay cycle.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience with SAP ERP or similar materials management systems is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, data analysis, and relationship-building skills.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude; Junior Executives will receive mentorship and training.
