💼 Temporary Customer Service Officer | 4 Days Work Week Thurs > Sund | 12 Nov - 27 Dec 26
📅 Training Date: 11 November 2026 (1pm – 5pm)
🕒 Shift Timings:
• 10:30am – 8:00pm
• 12:30pm – 10:00pm
• 1:00pm – 10:30pm
📌 Work Period:12 Nov - 27 December 2026
⚠️ Must be available to work all shifts Thurs > Sund
💰 Pay: $14/hour
Job Scope:
• Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional image at all times
• Attend to tenant and shopper enquiries/feedback through various channels
• Provide directional assistance to shoppers
• Promote the loyalty program and events
• Assist with membership sign-ups
• Support mall activities and campaigns (e.g. giveaways and redemptions)
• Handle stock management and inventory
• Assist with queue management
Requirements:
• Able to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)
• Positive attitude, pleasant personality, well-groomed, and a team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and passionate about service
• Must attend training on 11 November (1pm – 5pm)
• Proper work attire is required:
– Black long-sleeve shirt
– Black long pants
– Black socks
– Black work shoes
