Admin Cum Operations – Day & Night Shift
📍 Location: Changi North, Singapore
💰 Salary: SGD $2,600 – $3,000 per month
🌙 Working Hours: Monday – Friday
- 8:30 AM - 6.15 PM
- 8:30 PM – 6:15 AM
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and operational support for daily warehouse activities
- Use SAP to update and manage operational records and transactions
- Move around the warehouse to scan, verify, and track inventory and items
- Assist with stock movement, documentation, and operational coordination
- Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- SAP experience is required
- Candidates with semiconductor industry experience will have an advantage
- Comfortable using a laptop and working with warehouse systems
- Comfortable walking around the warehouse and performing scanning/operational duties
- Willing to work permanent night shifts and overtime when required
Warehouse Admin – Day shift
📍Location: 18 Jalan Besut
💰Salary: up to $2,600 per month
🕒 Working Hours: 5.5-Day Work Week
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound shipment documentation and WMS updates
- Prepare picking orders and process shipments/receipts
- Coordinate stock checks, transfers, and discrepancy resolution
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
- Track deliveries, orders, and vehicle information
- Manage filing, scanning, and document records
- Assist with stock takes, cycle counts, and reverse logistics
- Support daily warehouse operations and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is an advantage
- Knowledge of permits or shipping documentation is a plus
- Experience in administrative and coordination support preferred
- Strong attention to detail with good communication and interpersonal skills
