💼 Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure smooth store activities.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the retail team.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
- Welcome and engage customers, providing good customer service.
- Introduce and recommend products based on customers' needs.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are neatly displayed.
- Monitor stock levels, organise and replenish merchandise.
- Assist with staff training, work scheduling and daily operations.
📌 Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant retail experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Fashion or apparel retail experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Sales-driven, responsible and hands-on.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
