What You'll Be Doing
- Drive store sales by achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver an engaging shopping experience by understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable products.
- Share your passion for sports, fashion and lifestyle products while showcasing the latest collections.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and brand training to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with merchandise replenishment, stock receiving and inventory management.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety and operational standards are consistently maintained.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for sportswear, sneakers, fashion and lifestyle trends.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, proactive and customer-focused personality.
- A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
