Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming deliveries, inspect goods for damage or defects, and verify quantities against delivery orders, invoices, or purchase orders.
- Inventory Control & Stock Tracking: Monitor stock levels, record stock movements (in and out), conduct regular cycle counts or annual stock takes, and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Storage & Organization: Arrange goods in designated locations, tag or label items, and apply principles like First-In, First-Out (FIFO) for perishable or dated stock.
- Picking, Packing & Issuing: Pull items from shelves based on requisitions or customer orders, pack goods securely, and prepare them for dispatch or internal workshop distribution.
- Housekeeping & Safety: Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and compliant with workplace safety and quality standards.
- Equipment Operation & Transport: Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or company transport vehicles.
Core Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Level, or High School diploma (experience is often valued over formal qualifications).
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid forklift license and a clean driving license
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and experience with inventory management software or ERP systems
- Physical & Soft Skills: Physical stamina for lifting heavy items and loading/unloading cargo, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Staying in Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 12pm
