Key Responsibilities: 

• Interpret mechanical and electrical technical drawings and parts lists to accurately identify required components for machine repairs and maintenance. 

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding spare parts availability, specifications, and pricing. 

• Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements and technical documentation. 

• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in part numbers and quantities. 

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange timely shipments and monitor delivery schedules. 

• Generate necessary shipping documents, including invoices, delivery orders, and case markings. 

• Request quotations from suppliers and process purchase orders. 

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and participate in periodic stock-taking activities. 

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless daily operations and customer satisfaction. 

• Perform administrative duties and assist in other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. 

• Proven experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and parts lists. 

• Preferably with relevant experience in a Parts Centre or similar environment. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. 

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
