What you'll be doing
- Attend to patients, visitors and members of the public, providing assistance and addressing general enquiries
- Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling and related administrative processes
- Guide patients and visitors to the appropriate departments, clinics or service areas
- Handle enquiries and provide accurate information on hospital services and procedures
- Support daily frontline operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Coordinate with internal departments to address patient requests and operational matters
- Maintain accurate records and documentation where required
- Uphold service standards, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare or frontline operations will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, approachable and service-oriented
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable working in a hospital environment and handling a diverse range of enquiries
- Able to commit to a 3–6 months contract
