Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale
- Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates reliably.
- Coordinate contractors for repairs and servicing.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Identify and report equipment faults and defects.
- Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
- Monitor spare parts, tools and maintenance supplies.
- Support maintenance works across company properties.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 years of building or facilities maintenance experience.
- Hands-on electrical maintenance and repair skills.
- Able to read electrical drawings and diagrams.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and responsibly.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence and willing to travel between properties.
