You will be working with business owners, not walk-in shoppers. We partner with leading Singapore telecommunications brands, and many of the businesses you meet will already be their customers. Your role is to understand how their business has grown and help them get the right setup for where they are now. 💼
Consider a café that has recently opened its second outlet, or an office that has grown from 5 to 15 employees but is still on its original plan. This is where you come in. 📈
💼 What You Will Be Doing
- Meet business owners and managers face to face
- Understand their needs and recommend suitable upgrades and services
- Guide them through sign-ups and follow up afterwards
- Work towards weekly goals together with your team
🎓 How We Support You
✅ Full product training before your first customer meeting
✅ Shadowing experienced team members before you go solo
✅ One-to-one coaching with your team leader every week
Like any sales role, there are targets and some days will be slower than others. You will have your team behind you the whole way. 💪
🙋 Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduates from ITE, Polytechnic or University, or recently completed National Service
- No prior experience required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Keen to build confidence speaking with business owners
