👩🏫Student Development Executive (School-Based)✏️
About the Role
Support the holistic development and well-being of students in MOE primary and secondary schools. You will work with School Leaders, teachers, parents and external partners to run CCA, enrichment and engagement programmes, and support at-risk students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run CCAs, enrichment, after-school and holiday programmes, camps and overseas trips
- Handle admin and logistics: documentation, attendance, budgets, procurement, vendors, inventory and risk management
- Ensure activities follow school SOPs, safety rules and code of conduct
- Supervise students and mentor them on goal-setting, academic support and social-emotional learning
- Manage students in reflection centre, in-house suspension or reintegration programmes using restorative practices
- Assist in fact-finding for minor incidents and prepare incident reports
- Engage parents via calls, meetings or home visits
- Keep case notes and support referrals to external agencies (e.g. FSC, MSF)
- Track participation, prepare termly reports and recommend improvements
- Other duties assigned by School Leaders and HODs
Requirements
- Diploma or higher, preferably in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Youth Work or related fields
- At least 2-3 years’ experience working with youth or at-risk youth in educational, social service, community or correctional settings
- Passion for working with young people / students
- Patient, calm under pressure, with strong conflict-resolution skills
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player, organised, proficient in MS Office
Advantageous
- Experience in Uniformed services (e.g. Police, Prisons) or social service background
- MOE registration (required for some positions)
