I. Job Description
The Warehouse Team Leader leads and supervises the warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing, on-time delivery, and high-quality service. The role drives team performance, optimizes operational efficiency, supports the achievement of the department's key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintains excellent customer satisfaction.
II. Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily warehouse work arrangements and personnel scheduling, ensuring efficient operation of receiving, shipping, put-away, picking, and other processes.
2. Monitor inventory accuracy, organize stocktakes, ensure consistency among accounts, cards, and physical inventory, and promptly handle discrepancies.
3. Manage warehouse 5S, safety, and equipment inspection on site, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
4. Coordinate work interfaces between warehousing and logistics and other departments to ensure timely and accurate inbound and outbound operations.
5. Handle warehouse exceptions, follow up on improvements, and report to superiors.
6. Responsible for team member training, assessment, and work discipline management to improve team operational efficiency.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
III. Qualifications
1. At least 3–5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
2. Familiar with warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics operations.
3. Able to manage a team, reasonably prioritize tasks, and complete work within tight deadlines.
4. Strong English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
5. Willing to assist with hands-on operational tasks when needed.
