The Role
Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for maintaining sufficient supply to meet demands, sourcing the products, managing suppliers, coordinating the movement of goods, and monitoring inventory to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations throughout the supply chain. This role requires strong coordination skills, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure smooth flow from purchasing to delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire supply chain process to ensure alignment with the demand plan to meet restaurants’ needs.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize storage costs by monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or over stock.
- Perform procurement activities, including sourcing, requesting quotation, price comparison and issuing purchase orders.
- Collaborate closely with external parties and internal teams to ensure seamless goods movement, timely order fulfillment and material readiness.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory status and project updates.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance cost efficiency, lead time and supply reliability.
- Performance any other duties related to supply chain management as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain with exposure to operational processes and team coordination from Food and Beverage/Retail industry.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
