You will be outsourced/deployed to our client as Temp Programme Assistant (3-Month Contract)
Location: Clementi
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Duration: 3 months, with possible 3-month extension
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Activity Support:
- Assist in planning, organising and coordinating activities and programmes for seniors.
- Prepare activity materials, arrange venue setup and support event logistics.
- Engage seniors and encourage their participation in centre activities.
- Gather feedback and observations to support programme improvements.
Home Visit & Community Outreach:
- Conduct scheduled home visits to check on seniors' general well-being.
- Provide basic assistance, companionship and social interaction.
- Identify and report any concerns to the supervisor for necessary follow-up.
- Support outreach efforts to connect with socially isolated or vulnerable seniors.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain attendance records and document home visits accurately.
- Assist with data entry, filing and general administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality and operational guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma qualification.
- Enjoy interacting with seniors and contributing to the community.
- Patient, caring and approachable personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
- Comfortable supporting both centre-based activities and home visits.
