Personnel to observe all the WSA’s work rules, employee handbooks and security and safety policies.
Job Description
Ensure the TV display is switched on and sweets are replenished.
Keep all necessary gadgets and items properly arranged in Cabinet 2 at the counter. Lock the cabinet before leaving the office.
Before the end of the day, ensure cabinets behind Reception A–G are locked.
Assist with taking call messages for the Tai Seng Service Centre and relay them via the Signia/Widex group chat on Microsoft Teams.
Register visitors, staff, and contractors using the Visitor Management System (VMS), recording the last 3 digits and alphabet of their I/C.
Manage the stock of postage stamps for local mail.
Arrange local deliveries through ACE Express.
Arrange overseas document deliveries via DHL.
Gardens by the Bay Corporate Pass Management
Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
