We are representing our client, a leading global engineering and technology company, in hiring for this opportunity!!
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical training programmes for technicians supporting PWC operations
- Arrange training sessions, trainers, venues, schedules and materials
- Monitor technicians' competency levels and identify skills gaps
- Coordinate training plans with operational leads
- Maintain training, assessment and competency records
- Support technical training and competency development activities
- Assist with theory lessons for new hires and on-the-job assessments
- Identify training needs and recommend suitable programmes
- Ensure training and assessments meet operational and safety requirements
Job Requirements
- NITEC or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
- Experience in technical training, competency management or workforce development is an advantage
- Good coordination, organisational and record-keeping skills
- Able to coordinate schedules and liaise with internal teams and external providers
- Proficient in maintaining records and preparing reports
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team
