Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests warmly and professionally throughout the Fitness Club and gym.
- Introduce Fitness Club facilities, services, Personal Training and wellness programs based on guests’ needs.
- Provide refreshments, towels and other amenities, and assist with guest bookings and arrangements.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Guide guests on the basic use of cardio and strength equipment when required.
- Assist with individual/group fitness sessions and the setup of equipment for wellness classes.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization of the Fitness Club, gym equipment and locker rooms.
- Ensure towels, linen and amenities are well stocked and coordinate collection/delivery with Laundry.
- Perform cashiering duties and maintain accurate guest and departmental records.
- Support daily opening/closing duties and assist the team during peak periods.
- Demonstrate a professional, positive and service-oriented attitude at all times.
Job Requirements
- Secondary education preferred.
- Prior experience in a professional environment; customer service, hospitality, tourism or service industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Energetic, engaging and guest-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
- Team player with initiative and a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Basic Microsoft Windows/Outlook knowledge.
- Cashiering/POS experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
