Job Details:
📍 Location: Nearest MRT: Bras Basah / Cityhall
💰 Salary: Up to $4,000 depending on experience
🎁 Bonus: 1 month completion bonus (upon completing the full 1 year contract)
⏳ Duration: 1 Year Contract, renewable subject to performance
🕑 Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
📅 Rotated Saturday and Public Holiday duty, 9am to 3pm, with attractive duty allowance
Job Scope:
⭐ Check inventory allocation status and open purchase order (PO) status in the system
⭐ Check supplier lead times, follow up and expedite deliveries, and update the system promptly
⭐ Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on PO cancellations, lead-time queries and expedite requests
⭐ Provide stock availability information to the Customer Support team
⭐ Inform the Customer Support and Shipping & Logistics teams of delays and delivery changes
⭐ Own open orders and track them until delivery
Requirements:
✅ Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, order processing or logistics coordination
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
✅ Able to pick up in-house systems quickly
✅ Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively
✅ Accurate, detail-oriented and a clear, timely communicator
✅ Good to have experience in industrial components, trading, distribution or manufacturing
✅ Good to have experience dealing with overseas suppliers and expediting supplier follow-ups
