Job Description & Requirements
📍 Location: Jurong West (5 bus stops from Boon Lay MRT)
💰 Salary: Up to $2,800/month
📌 Vacancies: 2 positions available
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm
- After Confirmation: Alternate Saturdays
Job Responsibilities
- Check, record and file customer invoices and returns.
- Process sales orders and generate invoices.
- Submit invoices and payment applications via customers' online portals.
- Monitor outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing.
- Assist with month-end stocktaking and AR closing.
- Support financial year-end closing.
- Handle other ad-hoc accounting duties.
Job Requirements
- LCCI Accounting qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Familiar with accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
- Good team player with attention to detail.
