Locum Medical Records Officer | $15/hr | Tuas/Central | 9 AM – 5 PM
💰 Pay Rate: $15/hour
📍 Location: Tuas/Central
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (Rostered 4–5 days/week, 7-day clinic operations)
🗓️ Commitment: 3 – 6 Months Locum Contract (Renewable subject to operational needs)

📝 Key Responsibilities
- Medical Records Upkeep: Maintain, update, and organize patient medical records to ensure high accuracy and completeness.
- Document Processing: Perform filing, scanning, retrieval, and processing of medical charts and documentation.
- Data Entry: Execute accurate data entry and record updates in the clinic management system.
- Tracking & Requests: Assist with medical record requests while maintaining proper tracking logs.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure strict adherence to PDPA guidelines and medical confidentiality.
- Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the clinical and operations teams.
📌 Requirements
- Education: Minimum NITEC or Diploma (Healthcare/Business Administration or related field).
- Experience: Prior background in medical records, healthcare admin, or document management is preferred.
- Skills: Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Key Traits: High attention to detail, responsible, organized, and discreet with confidential information.
