Central Area
Job Scope:
- Attend to walk-in visitors and incoming phone calls in a courteous and cheerful manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and neat appearance of the office/reception counter and meeting rooms.
- Managing manager's calendar
- Serve refreshments to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate and schedule building maintenance and facilities services.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and documents.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Job Requirement
- Good working attitude and keen to learn
- Excellent customer service skill
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Business, Customer Service Management or any relevant
