✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Coordinate daily operations, manpower and equipment deployment
• Assist with planning and updating operational schedules
• Liaise with clients, site personnel and internal teams
• Monitor job progress and maintain daily operational records
• Prepare job orders, schedules and supporting documents
• Assist with safety and compliance documentation
• Track attendance, working hours and overtime records
• Provide administrative support to the Operations team
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
• Willing to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
