Position: Ad-Hoc Telemarketer / Recruitment Business Development Support
Working Days: Ad-hoc basis, 3-4 Hours per session
Working Hours: Afternoons
Location: Clarke Quay MRT
Job Description
- Make outbound calls to companies using a provided contact list.
- Enquire whether companies have any current or upcoming hiring requirements.
- Identify and update HR contact persons, including names and contact details, in the database.
- Record call outcomes, client responses and follow-up information accurately.
- Conduct cold calling to identify new potential clients when required.
- Maintain and update the company database with relevant information.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative and telemarketing duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Comfortable making outbound calls to companies and HR personnel.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Confident in approaching new contacts through cold calling.
- Meticulous in recording information and updating databases.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
- Prior telemarketing, customer service or administrative experience will be an advantage.
