This course is designed for Procurement Executive/Sourcing Executive from the Wholesale Trade and all other sectors who support the development of procurement strategies by monitoring inventory movement and reconciling supplies with established procedures. This course will help the learner to analyse the suitable supplier from the approved supplier list so as to rise Request For Quotation (RFQ) or Purchase Order (PO) for approval. With knowledge will be able to manage the procurement process efficiency from ordering, receipt, review, and approval of items from suppliers so as to meet business goals.

• Utilise Procurement Principles and Practices to meet organizational needs
• Ascertain Inventory level by performing inventory Checks
• Identify suitable supplier from approved vendors list
• Raise request for quotation (RFQ) or purchase order (PO)
• Verify quality of products received against specifications.
