Course Outline
This course is a mandatory unit for Security Officers. It will equip learners with essential knowledge and application skills in providing guard and patrol services while applying them to their workplace. Essentially they are required to perform guard static duties, prepare work activities, grooming, handle phone calls from tenants or public, patrol premises and make reports and handing/ taking over duties.
