Butahage: Butahage is an acclaimed dining establishment from Obihiro, Hokkaido, that takes pride in serving authentic butadon enveloped in a proprietary 90-year-old secret sauce. Currently helmed by third-generation proprietor who passionately preserves tradition and nurtures Japan's top culinary experts in celebration of promoting the essence of Hokkaido's flavours.
