We’re looking for someone who’s organised, comfortable communicating with people, and interested in gaining practical experience in HR and administration.
This is a flexible role suitable for someone looking for either full-time or part-time work. You’ll be supporting the team with day-to-day HR and administrative matters, with training provided for the role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with basic HR and administrative tasks
- Reviewing and organising candidate information
- Contacting candidates and arranging interviews
- Following up with applicants
- Updating records and maintaining documents
- Assisting with general coordination and office tasks
Job Details:
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
- Location: Central Singapore
- Salary: $12–$20/hour
- Requirements: Minimum Diploma
- Experience: Not required — training will be provided
We’re looking for someone reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable speaking with different people.
