Job Summary
As a Receptionist, you will be providing excellent customer service and managing the daily front desk operations of the spa. Duties include welcoming and assisting customers, handling appointments and payments, answering enquiries, managing bookings, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with therapists to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience in a dynamic, growth-focused team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a great experience
- Scheduling or booking of treatment (Handling company's WhatsApp messages & general enquiries)
- Support our day-to-day day administrative tasks (Answering calls and provide information about products and services)
- Attend to walk in and in coming enquiries
- Assist on client's request and enquiries
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager
- Strictly No Selling: Focus purely on providing excellent treatments; no "outdoor pulling"required.

Required competencies and certifications
- Friendly, approachable, positive and willing to learn attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service Oriented and customer focused
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients
