🗓️ Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
Job Description:
- Provide on-site support to various teams across the organisation
- Deliver frontline concierge services
- Support meeting rooms and AV/IT systems
- Manage office supplies, employee requisitions, and pantry restocking across offices
- Support pantry operations and replenishment across multiple locations
- Oversee gym operations and coordinate maintenance works
- Support monthly promotions through administrative and content coordination
- Provide administrative and operational support for events and activities
- Assist visitors with wayfinding, enquiries, and lost-and-found services at the public concierge area
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
