Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly, offering friendly and professional assistance.
  • Provide product details, answer queries, and suggest recommendations.
  • Keep the sales floor tidy, ensuring proper merchandise display.
  • Process sales accurately using the POS system, contributing to team targets.
  • Support inventory management, address customer concerns promptly, and stay informed on products, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Native Chinese speaker is preferred.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the store schedule.
  • Assist in other ad hoc activities assigned by store-in-charge.
  • This role requires approximately 16–17 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • ‘N’ Level & above; additional education or certification in sales or retail is a plus.
