Join a renowned international hospitality group as a Floor Supervisor. You’ll oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise Room Attendants, and ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and standards.
- Coordinate room status updates with Front Office.
- Supervise, coach, and assign tasks to Room Attendants.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping concerns professionally.
- Maintain organised pantries, linen rooms, and accurate records.
- Liaise with Engineering to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
👤 Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in hotels.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented with commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is a plus.
