Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Retail Sales Executives to join our team. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Description
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately while following cash-handling and security procedures.
- Maintain product displays, restock shelves, and keep the store clean and presentable.
- Assist with stock checks, deliveries, and reporting inventory discrepancies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Work at a well-known shopping mall.
