Team Member/Kitchen Crew
**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis. This role offers comprehensive training and flexible working hours to suit your schedule, making it ideal for students, career switchers, or those seeking supplementary income. You will support daily kitchen operations whilst developing valuable culinary skills in a dynamic food and beverage environment.
**Job Description**
• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service during operating hours
**Job Requirements**
• No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure during busy periods
• Strong team player with good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Must be able to commit to flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is advantageous
